I joined the CIPD as part of a new Online Acquisition Team. My main responsibility is PPC and conversion optimisation but I am involved in Web Analytics, contribute to other areas of digital marketing.

Safetots.co.uk is a niche online retailer specialising in baby safety equipment. I witnessed tremendous growth and helped tackle the issues that come with it. This has not only given me hands on experience with online marketing but also a chance to innovate within all areas of the business.
